Change is really hard.  I’ve always known that but I guess I never realized how hard and how many things people want to change.  There’s behavior..like not eating a whole pint (quart?) of ice cream and there’s attitude…like finding 2 positive things about a situation before falling into the downer, judgmental, life sucks mode.  In the course of being on a never ending change path myself and in helping others make changes, I’ve discovered a lot about change.  And, the best news is that when you make one small change in how you are or how you do something, it changes other things in unimaginable ways.  For example, yesterday, I completely cleared off my desk and organized my files.  Clearing the clutter gave me such a sense of relief, relaxation and openness and allowed my creativity to flow.  After spending an hour changing my work environment, I gained multiple times that in output!  Small price to pay!!

Have a great day!
