“Trust yourself. You know more than you think you do.”
Great advice from pediatrician Benjamin Spock. We often get stuck, feeling as if we don’t know what to do or which way to turn in order to move forward. The next time you have that feeling, ask yourself:
“If I did know what to do, what would I do?” or
“If I didn’t have to be right, what might I do?” or
“Who might be able to help me figure out what to do?”
The least effective action is to surrender to your sense that you don’t know. Trust yourself. It doesn’t have to be perfect. Few actions you take are life threatening so keep moving…do something!
