I just read a fascinating article on stress, based on a study conducted at
St. Mary’s Hospital in London.  It revealed the results of a new stress test.
I don’t understand exactly how it works, but apparently, it is amazingly
accurate.  The bottom line is that the more stressed one is, the more
differences he/she will see in what are actually 2 identical figures.  In the
study, individuals were asked to look at a picture with 2 identical dolphins
in it.  The more stressed the person was, the more differences they imagined
they saw in the dolphins.  There was a correlation between the number of
differences they perceived and the stress level of the observer.
You try it!

Look  at the photograph.  If you find more than one

or two differences consider what healthy strategies

you might adopt to relieve your stress….
