New Leaf Touchstone Survivor Connection products can help. These bracelets and stones were specifically designed for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. Made by a group of at risk adolescent girls, this AFSP Survivor Connection collection of bracelets and touchstones offer a common bond among friends and loved ones who have lost someone to suicide. They make a statement about their efforts to prevent such pain and loss for others. They are a tangible way of connecting to those no longer among them.

The clear bead signifies your ability to move forward with purpose and intention while clearly remembering the best in the person you’ve lost.

The faceted (cut) beads symbolize the many sides of your life and your feelings.

The labyrinth bead symbolizes navigation through the stages of loss and life’s many twists and turns.

The leaf charm is an expression of your desire to turn over a new leaf in your life and in the prevention of suicide.

The colored spacers in each bracelet and the tile in each stone represent your relationship to the person you’ve lost.

They are no strangers to depression and attempted or completed suicide.
