I can offer you the coaching approach that is best for you. There are several options to choose from.
Individual Coaching:
Get support clarifying and making the changes you want to make to increase your success and satisfaction at work, in your relationships and with yourself. Become your best self.
Coaching may be in person or on the phone, depending on your situation and location.
Turn Over a New Leaf Specific Change Coaching:
Who: For individuals who are trying to make a single change in their way of being or are trying to adopt a new skill and would like support to get started and stay on track.
What: Two half hour phone calls per month following a one and one half hour initial meeting.
Where: From the comfort of your own space, on the telephone.
Why: Because it is hard to make changes alone.
When: Scheduled at a mutually convenient time between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Time.
How: Hard work, discipline and lots of fun! We will talk on the phone and you will work on assignments and practice your new behaviors in the time between calls.
Turn Over a New Leaf Life Coaching
Who: For individuals who are working on changes in many areas of their life or who know they want to make some changes and aren’t clear what they might be and/or how they might make them.
What: Two hours of coaching per month, either on the phone or in person, depending on preference and location, scheduled in 45 minute-2 hour increments.
Where: Either on the phone from the comfort of your own space or in my office.
Why: Because you know you aren’t getting the most out of your life. You’d like less stress, a greater sense of satisfaction and fulfillment, to improve your relationships with others and yourself.
When: At mutually convenient times to be scheduled.
How: Hard work, commitment to yourself and the coaching process. Discussion, exercises, taking risks, getting out of your comfort zone, making mistakes and the learning that comes from making them
Turn Over a New Leaf Executive Coaching
Who: Individuals who want to increase their effectiveness in their current role at work, move their career to the next level and/or be their most authentic self at work
What: Two and a half hours of coaching per month, some in person, some on the phone, an Executive self-assessment package plus optional 360 assessment, discussion, exercises, shadowing and more. Each engagement is custom designed to meet the specific needs of the client.
Where: Location of in person sessions may be the client’s office or my office and on the phone. Other communication will be via email.
Why: Because it’s lonely at the top and getting their can be tough too. Because no matter how successful one is, there’s always room for improvement and it’s helpful to have the opportunity to, in Steven Covey’s words, ’sharpen the saw.’ Because it’s often hard to find people with whom you can have really honest, straight forward conversations at work and in your existing circle. Because we all need a sounding board to sort out and make the big decisions (and the small ones, too).
How: Big picture planning and goal setting, assessments, commitment to yourself and the coaching process, candid discussions, exercises, assignments, stepping out of your comfort zone, taking risks, trying on new skills and new ways of being, deep internal exploration.
When: As soon as you are ready, and then at 2-3 week intervals for at least 6 months.
Change Champion: The Savvy Woman’s Guide to Change for Greater Health, Happiness and Fulfillment
Who: 8-10 Savvy aspiring women who are ready to break through the obstacles to success and make a change in their life
What: 8 one hour group coaching calls
Where: On the phone in the comfort of your own home or office
