Especially for Organizations

New Leaf Touchstone can create bracelets and pocket stones for a specific event or cause using colors that are significant to the purpose.

For example, at a recent Fundraising and Awareness walk for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, the walkers wore a unique colored sticker to signify their relationship to the person in whose memory they were walking. For example, a parent who had lost a child to suicide wore a blue sticker, a sibling wore purple, etc. New Leaf Touchstone designed bracelets with spacers of the corresponding colors so that survivors could wear a bracelet with that color all year round. The bracelet brings them hope for a positive future and loving memories of the one they’ve lost.

DISC bracelets. For organizations who use the DISC behavior assessment tool, New Leaf Touchstone has designed bracelets and stones to help individuals remember and appreciate the strengths of their own style and to remind them to adapt their behavior in order to improve the effectiveness of their relationships with co-workers.

Leadership Coaching

Turn Over a New Leaf Executive Coaching

Who: Individuals who want to increase their effectiveness in their current role at work, move their career to the next level and/or be their most authentic self at work

What: Two and a half hours of coaching per month, some in person, some on the phone, an Executive self-assessment package plus optional 360 assessment, discussion, exercises, shadowing and more.  Each engagement is custom designed to meet the specific needs of the client.

Where:  Location of in person sessions may be the client’s office or my office and on the phone.  Other communication will be via email.

Why:  Because it’s lonely at the top and getting their can be tough too.  Because no matter how successful one is, there’s always room for improvement and it’s helpful to have the opportunity to, in Steven Covey’s words, ’sharpen the saw.’  Because it’s often hard to find people with whom you can have really honest, straight forward conversations at work and in your existing circle.  Because we all need a sounding board to sort out and make the big decisions (and the small ones, too).

How: Big picture planning and goal setting, assessments, commitment to yourself and the coaching process, candid discussions, exercises, assignments, stepping out of your comfort zone, taking risks, trying on new skills and new ways of being, deep internal exploration.

When: As soon as you are ready, and then at 2-3 week intervals for at least 6 months.

Turn Over a New Leaf Team Coaching

Who: Teams who want to change their way of operating, increase synergy and creativity and  improve relationships so they can get more done and have more fun doing it.

What: Self-assessment, team goal setting, alignment of actions with vision, mission and values, skill development, facilitated group meetings scheduled at regular intervals with interim interaction to be determined following assessment.

Where: Ideally, team coaching is conducted at a nearby off-site location to limit distractions and provide a more neutral, creative space.  On-site meetings can also be effective.

Why: To improve communication, efficiency, team effectiveness.  To promote ‘out of the box’ thinking, increased collaboration, greater accountability and improve business results.

How: Each team coaching engagement is customize to meet the specific goals and needs of the team.  Typically the process consists of quarterly 2-3 day team sessions with individual or smaller group coaching scheduled between team sessions.

When: As soon as you are ready to take your team to the next level of performance!
