My mission is to provide products that help people make small changes that have a big impact on their lives and the lives of others. New Leaf Touchstone bracelets are made by at-risk adolescent girls who are students at a therapeutic school. They too, are making changes and trying to turn their lives around. The girls say they love making the bracelets because it is relaxing, and they know they will help the people who wear them. This is truly a rare opportunity for them to make a contribution to others, learn social and business skills, earn money and feel great about themselves.

People have used New Leaf Touchstone bracelets successfully to stop nibbling between meals, to stop interrupting during meetings, to stay open and listen in the face of criticism, to keep from yelling at their kids and to stop checking email incessantly. One of the many ways I use mine is to stay calm and relaxed during air travel.

This product is so simple, elegant and effective and the girls who make them are so special, I’d love the opportunity to share my story.

  2. Break out of the auto-pilot rut and into a purposeful, powerful new groove
We live much of our lives doing things automatically, without giving it any thought. We can’t change what we aren’t aware we are doing. And we won’t let go of what’s familiar and comfortable if we don’t have a new trapeze to grab onto. Cindy offers tools and techniques that allow us to increase our consciousness, choose more effective behaviors and make them our new habits.
  3. Self-Improvement is a $9.6 billion industry in the U. S. People want to change!
So why aren’t all those books and infomercials working? Cindy offers new tools and techniques to help you translate all their great advice into action!
  4. Emotional intelligence helps you make more conscious choices and helps improve your relationships
Increasing self-awareness, improving self-control, demonstrating empathy are all critical aspects of Emotional Intelligence. When we are triggered by emotions, we often behave in ways that break down relationships and interfere with our ability to get things done. People can learn new responses that, when integrated, can increase their capacity to influence, gain support, produce results through others and increase overall effectiveness.
